Duties include: Caulking, fixing nicks in baseboards and or alignment of

baseboards, drywall patching, light painting, light electrical (outlets,

doorbell, light fixtures) and appliance installation. Person must be very

detail oriented.

Pay Range: $15 and up DOE

Required Skills: Must have all necessary tools and reliable transportation. Ideal candidate will have 4 years or more experience in each trade, be reliable and have a great attitude.
