Senior SAP IS-U CCS Consultants Type: Computer & Mathematical City: Charlottesville, VA Provide implementation services to Utility Companies; Participate in project implementations, upgrades, support and specific client initiatives; Using consulting expertise, hands on approaches and team orientation to drive successful implementations and initiatives; Work effectively as a team member, team lead or independently and communicate with clients and all team members; Pro-actively create internal & external personal networks; Lead, integrate and motivate mid-size groups including consultants from 2/3 Lines of Business; Draw issues from people and tap into their true views and perspectives; Facilitate a diverse middle manager group through a structured workshop to achieve consensus on outcomes; Deliver presentations in a competent and convincing manner; Use a broad range of tools when delivering work and teaching others about their application; Challenge solution designs against business objectives; Provide access to relevant content knowledge outside of the current environment; Apply knowledge and experience outside of their immediate area of responsibility; Adapt and implement methodologies for a client specific situation where appropriate; Translate business goals into requirements which can be supported by a standard or bespoke solution; Complete complex implementations in areas where requirements are potentially unclear and inconsistent; Manage, drive and lead small groups to complete deliverable within tight timeframes; Manage the expectations of client team members and their managers to ensure acceptance of solutions; Develop and deliver plans for sub-phases within a deliverable; Identify and escalates issues and risks and take responsibility for their resolution; and Give and receive feedback from other members of the team positively and constructively. Pay Range: DOE Required Skills: Minimum of five years total relevant business or technical experience; Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing IS-U CCS modules; At least 1 full lifecycle IS-U CCS implementation; Demonstrate a detailed understanding of CCS functionality in at least two components; Detailed configuration experience in at least two of the following: o Billing; o CS (Customer Service); o FI-CA (Financials – Contract Accounts); o CIC (Customer Interaction Center); and/or o DM (Device Management). Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support; Excellent communication skills; and Travel 100% or temporary relocation.
