Must be familiar with all phases of an implementation
cycle including business process blueprint, detailed design, and
configuration, documentation of functional specifications to support
defined Business Processes Procedures, testing, and support.
Particularly related to the billing and collection business process in
the system. Perform Functional data analysis and reconciliation.
Provide recommendations for solutions inclusive of reports,
interfaces, conversion, enhancements and forms. Document specific
transaction-by-transaction solutions to complex business problems.  At
least 5 years of system implementation/consulting experience. 2-3
years of relevant project implementation experience (SAP PSCD, FSCD,
IS-U, or FI-CA). At least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation.
Demonstrate ability to write Business Process Procedures,
Configuration Process Procedures, Functional Specifications and Test
Protocols.

Required Skills: To qualify for this outstanding position, the candidate must posses at least the following: * Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across Collections and Disbursements processes. * Ability to work closely with clients to find solutions and identify business process improvements. * Strong communication skills required written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task. * Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment. * At least 5 years of system implementation/consulting experience. * 2-3 years of relevant project implementation experience (SAP PSCD, FSCD, IS-U, or FI-CA). * At least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation. * Demonstrate ability to write Business Process Procedures, Configuration Process Procedures, Functional Specifications and Test Protocols.
