Perform minor repairs on residential units with an emphasis on customer

service, safety and image. Prepare units for occupancy, make repairs for

tenants as necessary and communicates directly with Resident Managers as

well as Property Managers.

Pay Range: $15 and up DOE

Required Skills: Candidates must have 2 years of residential property maintenance, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical,drywall,painting, own basic hand and power tools, and drive a truck or van.
